Marine Airbags use for ship launching or upgrading

We successfully launched a working boat which is 70.5m length and 16.5m width with self weight to 2000T at a shipyard in Jiujiang from May to July, 2008. It is a hard project; we need to remove the boat to a 20m-width-trolley to make a sideway. However, we successfully launched the boat with strict, precise calculation by our technicians and the rich experienced launch team, which got the highly compliment from the leaders of the shipyard. Our company's airbags mainly divided into three kinds, there are hoisting airbag,moving airbag, floating airbag filling airbag and pneumatic core molding airbag. The combination of hoisting airbag and moving airbag can have the capability of lifting and transporting heavy weight objects of over 10,000t, they are being widely utilized in moving ultra heavy objects such as large scaled reinforced concrete structure, they can also be used in upgarding and launching of ships and boats of all sizes. Our technicians have implemented several inventions in their practice and successfully launched caisson directly into the water just using the airbag, and accomplishment unprecedented tasks such as relocating world's largest cylinder caisson and caissions with the weight of 5000 metric tons. The floating airbags are very small in size while deflated, thus they can be easily transported and deployed in surface and under water conditions. We can also provide exact floating ton capability based on clients requirements. The floating airbag has very flexible applications and can be broadly implemented in shipwreck salvaging, floating bridge and dock construction and also can be used as temporery marine transportation device. The traditional large scale reinforced concrete structure normally uses wood or steel core molding. We have designed and developed pneumatic core molding with adcantages of great malleability, durability and environmental friendliness. we can also customize according to client's specifications and manufacture pneumatic core molding with diameter ranges from 0.12 to 5.0 without length limit. They can be widely used in large reinfore concrete construction projects such as railway, bridges, highway and dam.
